**A huge thank you to all those participating and supporting the 2nd Annual Abby’s Run for Dandy-Walker Syndrome 5K/1M & Fun Fest in 2013. We enjoyed spending the beautiful Saturday morning with you. We had a wonderful time with fantastic pre-race warm ups and at the fun fest with our generous Sponsors, games, crafts, face painting, honey, free massages, and great raffle prizes. It was an amazing time! More details to come soon!

**I hope all our awesome Abby’s Run winners are still basking in the glory of your great race! Congratulations again! Alleluia Pottery by Kathleen McMahon made your ceramic medal. Abby and her Dandy friend Lexi hand painted them especially for you!

5k for dandy-walker syndrome The 5K is a USATF, sanctioned race timed by RunOn.

Schedule:
7:00 a.m: race day registration and packet pickup (packet pickup will be at RunOn stores prior to the run as well)
7:40 a.m: opening ceremony
8:00 a.m: 1 mile run/walk begins
8:30 a.m: 5k run/walk begins
8:45 a.m – 11:00 a.m: games, crafts, food, awards, meet & greet Abby’s Run sponsors, a raffle (see blog for further details) & more

An event shirt &/or sizes are not guaranteed for any registrations after 3/26/13.
Switching shirt size option is not available.
We love our pets too, however pets are not allowed this year.
Strollers are allowed.

1-mile fun run

In honor of all those who have Dandy-Walker Syndrome and those that have lost their lives due to Dandy-Walker, we are dedicated in helping the Dandy-Walker Alliance raise awareness for this syndrome, provide general information, educational materials and support to anyone affected by or interested in Dandy-Walker Syndrome. We support legislation that will help expedite goals for DWS, and raise money to support research efforts to find causes, better treatment options and a cure for Dandy-Walker.
